Like other forum member mentioned. Grace hotel is your best bet. I would suggest you reach hotel, take shower and then hit the Grace Hotel. Well last time I was there at 3 am and that place had no room to walk. By the way I am also reaching bkk at 1:40 am but I have my gig already lined up so no worries....

Grace coffee shop is the place to go.
You can pick up girls anywhere on Sukhumvit as far down as soi 19 late at night, but it is less certain what you will get than taking your time in grace hotel.
