PINGA: A FL at Rivas/Spasso will cost you 3-4K ST and any LT is negotiable for an additional tip. A pub/club? What do you mean? If you refer to a Hi-So Members Club i.e. ChateauBlanc, Exotica or Piano expect to pay around 3K only for the bf and another 3K for the ST, if any. In Sukhumvit Soi 33 the bf is 1.5K and they usually quote 2.5-3K per ST. My sugegstion is to hit CM2 if you want a nice FL. CM2 offers excellent choices and prices around 2K in average. You may try Nana Disco or Beer Garden but CM2 is my choice.
Places to avoid? You know, places full of "Not the Best" TG's who want leave you alone....
PINGA: It is difficult to answer this based on the quote "Not the Best" TG's" cos every single guy has a different taste for women. What looks good for you may be rubbish for me or viceversa.
