Damn't LY, gotta admit you know your ways around in Bangkok! And I thought you were only mastering Chonburi and now Chiang Mai!
Prachachuen was my playground for many years [used to live in Ari, so access to Prachachuen was very easy and natural] and I can only confirm all what you said about the area and the reputation of the mentioned college [I did also score a couple of students there].
Only addition I can give it's the availability of excellent Thai restaurants in the area and very cheap love-motels [very Chinese oriented!]

Ramkhamhaeng is a mighty long road with a lot of pussy available in all sorts of different ways.
Then it has a thousand sub sois!!
There is a newish Thai club, part of the guys who run "isaan tangkay" on Ratchada who started off near the Carrefour after the Bangkapi junction. Must be an hour from Silom in a taxi on a Friday! A wooden place with a gravel car park in front on the south side of the road.
Is this the one Caronte?
Wondered what it is like for price and entertainment. It has been several different and unsuccessful clubs before. Crap location.
A massage and karaoke place nearby called tan tan had closed down last time I was in BKK.
Around Bangkapi there are a lot of little bars, karaoke and massage places. Ya gotta poot thai nit noi or it is difficult.
Fun to explore if you are here for a long time but there is so much "in town" to play with and it is reliable.

Just kidding you, LY... I'm just trying to find a way to avoid having to use this young miss's big sister's apartment while she is a away at work... it'd be cheaper, I know, but I don't want to have to mix with people too much which could happen in some of those cheap apartments. I'm probably in the wrong thread anyway.
But some good info on this thread from everyone. It's a good idea to try to compile some things...

The future's secure then! 3 deposit boxes per customer per branch. Though I suppose it might require a new initial deposit to open successive boxes with a sister branch as well... I guess I could relay each of them between the sheets on the bed and those in the wash, or else all at once either way...
Reverting to the subject of Thonburi that came up before. Coming from Rama III and passing over the Grungthep bridge and up Rachada (which changes to Jaran Sanitwong), long before you get to Poseidon Entertainment on the left, there is a Massage ab ob nuat on the right not to far from the bridge crossing as I recall. It looks fairly large, though a little run down in the day... just the kind of place have had interesting luck with... Anybody tried?
I know there a 1000 karaoke's up that road (towards Punklao) but this is just a little before you get to them.
