Does anyone know if the new "IVY" condominium that is planned to be built on Maitrichit rd will mean that the hotel Saengha next door( the short time place with elevator and ladies waiting around the ground floor) will be closed down ?
The hotel Saengha ladies are some of the best in the area.
would be a shame for it go.

Ok I am going to answer my own question.
I was there around midday and had a walk around, I know it's not the best time for sanook, but I was in the area anyway.
Broadway Hotel near the bottom (soi 4ish) of Yawarat Road has a very dark entrance and just inside I spotted about 8 girls sat on the steps that leads up to the Hotel.
An evening trip will no doubt bring about better things
