I never had any problem taking taxi at airport or asking them to put the meter on. I usually avoid all the call inside the airpot, walk out to my left and go to taxi stand. By the way this time I only paid 150bath plus the toll road for the taxi. both times comming and going to airport from sukhumvit area. Toll road is 70 bath not 40 bath

yes correct meter fare to downtown bkk around 150bt as stated numerous times now!
haven't anyone gone by meter & noticed what the fare was - at least on the way TO the airport???

Gatorade...I only seem to find it at Villa supermarket...soi 11 or Soi 33/1
and on Lam Luk Ka golf course....rtb could pick some up opn the way into town.

Will the taxi be cheaper if I sit in the front or the back? I did a forum search on 'front or back' but no results were found. Also its 150baht to sukhumvit, but how much traffic does this allow for? could someone tell me how much the taxi would be if I was stuck behind a slow moving bus, travelling at say 15km/hr?
Also where is the best place to buy condoms? can I buy them in the taxi? will the taxi know where I can get them? Also I enjoy taking extacy tablets, I have 100's here in my home country, should I just bring my own or can I buy drugs there? Are they legal in Thailand? Thanks everyone for all your help.
