your waitress is exclusive, i.e. she's the only one who'll take your order, fill your glass, etc.
when you arrive the newer chicks try to descend on you and are fended off by the other gals who know you'll only give your order to the yoing lovely that normally handles your table
and if she's not there for whatever reason, they'll come rushing over to tell you, not asking you to sit down and have a drink, knowing that you'll leave if she's not there

This doesn't really qualify (more like you know you ARE a regular)....
When you sit down in a gogo bar and there are at least half a dozen girls in the place you've been with (including the bartendee who used to be a dancer, who you went with ten years ago) and one of the dancers on stage, who you don't even recognize, is talking on a cell phone and then hands it to you and says, "it's for you".
This actually happened to me. What a weird night.
I suppose you look like a regular when all the girls already seem to know you.
