Hi,
Arrived in Bangkok a few nights ago and was surprised to find Siam Hotel Coffee Shop closed after 2am
A taxi driver told me that some place around soi 55
has great girls (before 2am)
Any idea what he is talking about??

I don't know if there are massage joints out there but Thong Lo pubs are full of the hottest chicks in thailand. I go there most every week, however, they are thai places and i do not recommend going there unless you are young and can speak thai. They play thai music, are inadequately air conditioned and fri-sat are packed like sardine cans.
The crowd is a mix of upper class thai's, college students and girls from MPs and Gclubs. While there are a handful of girls who are working there, you generally have to do woo them, exchange phone numbers, call them and then take them out a few times.

Piano actually on Ekkamai - but soi Thonglor does have some good pubs, correct however, speaking Thai and being happy just to get a phone number or two is the best you can usually do - was my Favourite soi a few years back when BOSSY club was huge - alas the 2am closing, plus being near a hospital, meant its demise- going back 10-12 years, "Red Label" on the corner of the soi [55]and Petchburi was the happening place, along with the Morokot disco opposite - ahh the good old days -

Escudo Pub. Actually the place is called Song-Saleung I reckon despite their napkins still have ESCUDO logo on them. A bit cozy. However, the Jhonnie Walker and Heineken chicks are damn nice.
Exotica is also a nice place. The VIP karaoke rooms are for party animals....

Escudo became Song Saleung (two quarters?) which always has hotties. But then they opened up another club and named that Escudo just a few blocks away from SS. Also happening is a place called Booze, right next to Gigabyte in Thonglo square.
Actually, someone told me that the name Song Selung has some sexual overtones. Something like it also refering to the vas deferens or something like that.

Been at BOSSY (underneath the fly-over rd) close to Petchbauri junction. Damn! a smallish Dance Fever/Hollywood-type joint. However, quite a few chicks from Exotica and Chateau Blanc hit this place after working hours for a couple of drinks since BOSSY shuts down minutes before 03:00....yep!
