Both mate. I prefer the jelly too. Orange or Pineapple (lovely). Dont like the blue one much though.
Best deals are the ones near Robinson (both sides of Sukhumvit) and the 2 between Soi Nana and the Marriott, Between Baht100 and 150 (depending on supply/demand/how many you buy).

I usually go to the second Pharmacy along Sukhumvit from the petrol station at Nana. (towards Marriott) They usually have a variety of flavours and is around 120B if you buy more than five sachets.
For me the effect is the same but the Jelly is much faster acting and doesn't seem to be affected if you've eaten a big meal recently.
