Hello Guys
I have been following this forum for a while, GREAT forum.
I need some info on the Meritus suites state tower. Have anyone stayed there? Is it worth recommending and also is it GF friendly??

hi.
I have heard it was pretty decent rooms at a very good price. rooms etc. match with emporium suite. lobby looks cool. I did not see the rooms though.
however there is still construction in the building going on.
but you have one of the best restaurants on top of the building IMO.
they are also planning a fusion italian/thai on the sphere on the very top.

They only have apartments, hence the name being a 'serviced apartment'.

Well I know they have the serviced apartments and I have already booked one.
But still even when I have booked an apartment, is there any of the members who knows if it is GF friendly??

they are serviced apartments (even you can rent them for a short term stay).
in your own apartment you can do whatever you want, within the legal boundaries.
hence, girlfriendly!!

OK, thanks again RingtheBells. I was just wondering, since the manager told me that they only allowed 6 people max. for a 2 bed room apartment.
So just wanted to know if any had experience, problems with this specific place.

The reason you havent had more in the way of a response is because this service apartment is very new. I would guess that it has been open for a maximum of 3 months.
There are still builders in the building (same as Sirocco restaurant) so I would be pretty surprised if all the facilities are fully up and running. You should get a good deal though.

what I have heard was from a company owner who is putting up his customers in those rooms.
and they were all positive about it, except for construction. however apartment facilities are all there, and noise was not a big bother. prices are discounted during this introductory period. I don't remember exactly but it was between 50 and 60 USD.
what have they quoted for your stay??

Hello Guys
1. I really liked to thanks for all the info.
As Im aware of regarding the constructions on the building, it should be finished late June.
RingtheBells, I got an offer of around 150 USD for the 2 bed room apartment. Doesnt it sound reasonable??
Again, thanks for the info to all and I know its a new building but I thought, if any person should know about, have info on it, it would probably be this forum. I will however keep you posted with my experience of the Suites later.
I will stay there in the begining of July.
