Well, let's see. Sivatel is definitely "girl friendly". As far as your other questions, most (I'll take a risk and say All) 5* hotels in Bangkok do not have on site massage facilities where one would expect any "extras". Even presumptive 5*'s like Sivatel.
You need to drop a couple of notches to have those particular on site features.
Any more experienced members can correct me if I'm wrong, or maybe a pro like SaucyTim could clarify on this?
