2.Happy inn -450 Bath(just oposite Swan)
3.CSpa-500 Bath -about 200 meter from Swan,on the same side
4.Warraburi inn,-390-750 Bath-in the end of the Soi.
Soi 13:
Miami hotel-about 500-600 bath.
Soi Kasem San 1: close to "National Stadium" BTS station,there're about 4-5 small friendly hotels all about 450-500 Bath.I liked this location very much.
You will find more for sure,so share your info with us.

Look I donno exactly,(just my friends stayed there)but is no real "reception" there in night hours,just some sleepy guard.So my opinion they are friendly.BTW,newer see hotel or guesthouse for 400-500 Bath,that wasnt friendly.

hi friends,
i checked out mike's place soi 3 , night is 1000 baht, 500 baht for 3 hours, or thats what they told me. i stayed next door at royal garden home hotel , 500 to 550 baht. rather poor value, since it was not very clean and soi 3 is rather noisy. i am going to check out some others and keep you posted.

sorry to hear that the prices in mikes place seemed to have gone up. but thb 1,000 is certainly without any bargaining. just 3 weeks ago another friend negotiated down to thb 750 for the night. and i am still sure you will get around thb 600 if you stay more than a week in there! sure soi 3 is not quiet, but you are right in the middle of the action. if you want a quiet place in bangkok you should be prepared to pay a little bit more than that!

hi guys,
checked out the miami hotel, and i can defintely recommend it. 600 baht, guest friendly, nice and clean, with pool and the location is great; just besides clinton and a short walk to nana or soi cowboy. the rate can probably bargained down if you stay longer than a few days. if that is about your budget, have a try.
