Business Inn in Soi 11/1 is o.k. Room is 600 baht per night. As said below, no hassle, guest friendly, safe and clean. Fridge, TV, safe deposit box at the reception. Matresses in all rooms are rather hard. Some like it, some don't.
However, some of the rooms, especially on the 6th floor, are musty and smell smoky. Seems that curtains are never cleaned. Opening the window and using the air condition won't help in that case. So better have a look before you move in.
