No comparison- in terms of room quality, space and amenities, Solitaire wins hands down. But it is quite a bit inside Soi 11, enough to be a pain in the ass while walking out to sukhumvit. Westin on the other hand is smack on the main road, very convenient to soi cowboy, mainly.

Sheraton Grande is definitely five star.. most people that I know prefer it to the Westin..
guest friendly and also convenient to BTS , NEP and Cowboy
