I've stayed twice now at a small hotel which is quite central. It's called the Tawan Court and is almost opposite the Pornpin Tower Hotel. It has four floors only, but the rooms are clean, en-suite, satellite TV, A/C, etc. Price is only about 700 baht a night and I had several girls there overnight with no problems. It's only a 5 minute walk to the night market area, so pretty convenient Some very pretty girls at the Spotlight GoGo, price I paid was 2000 baht LT. Had a bargirl from near there for 1000 baht LT. There are several bars with P4P in the area between the night market and the moat area. Prettiest girls in Thailand are from Chiang Mai IMHO.

I was in Chiangmai in early June and stayed at the Imperial Mae Ping Hotel. It is a nice hotel (1350-1600 baht). Web address is http://www.imperialmaeping.com/. My first night there, there were several nice bars right next to the hotel which appeared to have plenty of bargirls. They also had a Muy Thai ring at the center of this bar complex. I did not stop; however, as I was headed to the string of bars on Loi Kroh road. I hung out at the Why Not bar which was about a ten minute walk. After hours, there was a bar called Spicy and Tangy which must have had an understanding to open late. The drinks were not too bad for a late night place (maybe 90 or 100 baht after hours). There was a pretty well endowed and good looking BG at Why Not named Tip. I did not have a chance to go with her as I was with another of the girls. Overall, had a great time in Chiangmai, although it was a little more laid back than Bangkok. Good luck.

Stayed there on my last visit. You got a good price. Did you book it online or used a travel agent ? I remember the breakfast ( included) was pretty good, too.
