Precision Reservations have also now started charging my credit card at the time of booking, same as R24. Previously they had charged me about 15 days before arrival. Precision do seem to have better rates at the moment than Sawadee.com/R24 for hotels I am interested in. AT Siam (http://www.atsiam.com/) seem to have even better rates, I have not used AT Siam before, anyone have any views on their reliability?

This site compares prices from the top 4 or 5 sites INCLUSIVE of taxes so no sudden surprises.

The fact that they quote in useless, sorry US$, put me off.
They weren't competitive anyway. 30 baht less than the apartment rate.
I can only imagine the hoops they would try to make you jump through to qualify for their 'Lowest Rate Guarantee'.
May be ok for our American cousins...

hello, I have used precision several times and have had no problem. I have a question- due to new years rush the only hotel I could get near nana was classic place- has anyone stayed there? comments?

in all my years of travelling ive left a significant amount of money in my hotel room only once, and only for a few hours, and yes it was classic place, and yes my money disappeared.
i tink the maids go to clean your luggage as their first job, then the room.
DONT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR FREAKIN ROOM, otherwise hotel ok. very near to mrt.

Globe Bookings 1241
Quite a difference,huh? Wanna know why? AsiaRooms' rate is for a standard room, while Globe quotes for a superior room.
Asiarooms' rate for a superior is 1141 baht.
So that changes a lot, is it?
If you really want to make a useful site don't compare apples with pears....
