Promised a true report on Town Lodge Soi 18 on my return.
Stayed there 3 nights, Nov 3 - Nov 6.
Staff are Excellent, No dramas at all. Multiple ladies, no problems.
Nice new clean rooms, no noise from other rooms that I heard.
Tuk Tuk driver is great and on only 1 ocassion he wasnt available. A 50m walk away soi 18 and 20 join through a subsoi and taxis are there every couple of minutes.
I always stay up near Nana and Im glad I stayed somewhere different this trip, spent a bit of time at SC and soi 33, which were a nice change.
I will stay at town lodge again and have no worries advising that it is a great hotel. please note that it is about a 10 min walk to Suhkumvit. Not a problem for me and I actually enjoyed having a hotel that was in a quiet place.

Stayed several nights here back in October. I got the same rates posted here (2900 baht per night – stay five nights get 6 and 7 night free) even though I never mentioned this forum or anyone associated with the forum.
Rooms are very nice, clean, and new. The lighting under the bed is excellent. Nice beds, and nice bed linen. The number of channels available on the UBC is pretty light. In-house staff are great – front-desk, cleaning crew, etc. Tuk-tuk service is not all that it could be but not bad. Some times you have to hunt down the tuk-tuk driver to get a ride. And now I think you can call ahead to have the tuk-tuk meet you at the end of the soi to bring you back to hotel. But even without the tuk-tuk the walk is not that bad. And taxies run up/down the road pretty frequently.
Nice that Toxic is right there and open till 2 – would be nice if it were open to 2:30 or 3 – but rules are rules I guess. This closing time allows you to leave Nana/SC at 1 and get back to see if any Toxic still has a lovely lady available.
The mini bar is more than adequate and the Alka-Seltzer is a nice touch.

BK has decided as follows:
part will go towards the forum.
and part can be used at drink vouchers at TOXIC.
if you stay 3 days or more:
standard room 1'200 baht, get a voucher of 100 baht per day.
deluxe room 1'400 baht, get a voucher of 100 baht per day.
jacuzzi suite 2'900 baht, get a voucher of 200 baht per day.
but you must clearly mention "bangkoktonight.com".
so we know for whom to give the special deal.
no need to mention your forum handle.

well mate I can believe most things but a 3 or 4 min walk up the soi I cant believe, I couldnt run it in 3 or 4 minutes. 2 beer walk well I can believe that as I use to stop at the Mini Mart across from the Rembrandt and get my 2nd can. What f***ed me from finishing my 2nd was all the girls from the rub n tug joints wanting "hansum man u cum inside" wanting me. But no doubt your going through that. I wasnt wrong about the TLH its the Aussie Hideaway.

Stayed there 3 nights, last week
The staff are Excellent, hot water did not work on arrival but was fixed within short time. Ladies, no problem.
Nice clean rooms, (the Jacussi was great but a little short on hot water when only two persons).
Breakfast is very nice. One thing in particular, here bacon taste like bacon not like in other hotels,
Tuk Tuk driver is great and gave good service on only 1 time he wasnt available. Taxix are available only 50 meters up the Soi
I normally stay in Soi 11 and Im happy I stayed somewhere different this trip, spent a bit of time at SC.
I will recommend Town Lodge to my friends and surely stay there again when its convenient. I really enjoyed staying in a hotel that was in a quiet area.
