All I can tell you is I was charged 800 THB one night, just after 2AM. The other nights I wasn't charged. But I don't like these suprises, so I registered at Majestic Suites yesterday.

I am not a fan of majestic as it is so small but I'd much rather stay there than the royal park view. This place does not give a sh_t about the guests and since built 11 years ago looks like it has not had one baht spent on it since. All the facilities it once boasted which can still be seen on the sign at the end of soi 20 are long gone, eg piano bar.
I stayed there aweek last Dec and the room was not cleaned once properly. Lights were not all working and room very worn. Horrible place-peter

I've try to book Royal Parkview through bkktonite this is what I have received:
"Thank you very much for your reservation request at Royal Parkview
Hotel.
We would recommend you better choose another hotel on our site
again,due to this hotel is running down for their facilities,so it's probably
not suitable for long stay.
So please look for another again.
Sincerely,"
Anyone have any information WTF is going on? By the way, I've booked a double at the Manhattan, response within 24 hours, confirmed, etc... so far, so good.
