OK problem is solved... She's not going and isn't going to be in the picture much longer, so is there a ST hotel that will provide girls if I don't want to spend time in the bars and clubs?

Hey tell you what, as a favour to the members near Lake Elsinore, California, post your girlfriends phone number so a few of the guys can drop by and console her (and celebrate her recent freedom) when your over in BKK erasing her from the memory banks.

I have read opinions on the Nana both positive and negative as to the condition of the place. I want to stay there for a couple days on my trip to LOS in July, to experience the atmosphere. Can I get some recommendations as to getting a renovated/better condition room? Maybe a certain floor or room catagory? The websites I have seen to book there only list standard room as an option.

There are Suites at the Nana which are larger and better kept, but I've yet to nail one in the last two years.
I like the Dynasty across the street, and they have nice large rooms upon request, about 1300 baht I think, though no pool. The location is great, though you may or may not get a view. Just keep asking to see a different room, if it's not to your liking. Smile alot, and bring a tin of cookies the next day.
