nice interior design... prices seem universal 5 usd for a jack n coke 5 dollar shots..

Bars that sell ladies drinks usually have "working girls there" They are those cute ( usually) sexy looking young ladies that tell you how handsome you are and want you to buy them a drink ( lady drink) 
Yes the plan is YOU by them the drinks for YOUR (ultimately) pleasure.
Private rooms,,, ahhh well there are many short time rooms near by.
And if you want to have a girl right there on the floor I could arrange it but the cost would be very high 
Barfines are the usual course of action after a lady drink and price/service agreement is settled

I mean if this is just another beer bar on the scene then im sure people will start to rate it as such once its in full swing.. how many girls will be working?
it this a private club type? more laid back, up market scene. trying to profit on higher alcohol sales. does that mean the girls will be of higher standard? if so how much will they be? is it a freelance bar?
all these questions is what I am just asking..
