Not 2, not 3, as many. They won't object to your bringing your TG, LB and what not. I always stay there and though the rooms are small, the hotel is worth the money you spend. So near all places of action too.

The MS have always been fully booked when I have tried to stay there.
However for my next trip they can accommodate me, they have a Single superior for 1420.
Is the Single the same as the double but with only one breakfast?

Single superior rooms are smaller than double rooms, but with all facilities being same in both types. No doubt Breakfast will be only for one, but from what I remember they charge around 120 or 130 Bhats for the guest. Room will be cramped, but for our activities ideal. The lady will have no option but to cuddle you the whole night!!! Come to think of it, when I was staying in a Single Superior, I remember a Take out of 2 girls from Eden and we all fitting into bed nice and snug the whole night!! It should be OK, but you can always ask for a upgrade to Double room, there always will be some last minute cancellations anywhere.

Many thanks for that, I have just faxed them to confirm and asked them to waitlist me for Superior double.
I will be there on Valentines night, it should be very romantic
Last time I was in Bangkok for Valentines night I went to Angels, not far to walk this time.
Just got back a confirmation they have reserved me a Double superior at 1670 baht, another first for me MS

Heard that there is WI-FI in each room. Anybody use it? and is it always working? I did read one review on another site that it wasn't working when they were staying there. Also, mention the hotel was noisy. Nobody here mentioned either of these problems so maybe is BS.

Being on Suk some amount of noice is inevitable but not so much as to disturb you in any big way. I try to avoid taking my lapotop to LOS for security reasons, so no idea about Wi-Fi.
But overall staying there is more than your money's worth. In one of my trips, I did stay before my Pattaya trip in Majestic Suites and on return in Majestic Grande for a night. They gave me an Executive Room @ 3400, which was good for a change.

Thank you, appreciate the input. Decided on Royal President for this trip. Good location, studio room with kitchen, pool, gym, in-room internet, breakfast, in-room safe, girl friendly, and complimentry airport pickup, most of the things I look for. Price is 2,199B/nite. Was a draw between Swiss Grottino and Majestic Suites, at 2,000B including internet, but at only 199B more, I thought the Royal President was a bargain.
