except for the construction going on.....but thats not TL fault....and if you have few night caps at toxic before hitting the hay then you can sleep past it..
and yes the tuk tuk is a wonderful amenity (sp?)..
I will stay there in again in august...rtb please have the voBKa ready

Three minutes if you are running fast. More like a 10-minute walk to the Suk for most people. I thought it was good exercise, helped me get in my 10,000 daily steps.

It's what I call a "one Chang" walk,, 7-10 minutes sipping on a cold Chang. The times I have stayed I was surprised that the Tuk Tuk was nearly always available and the guy who drives is also very helpfull ( tip well my friends).
I never found the location that much of a hassle,, got a nice bar "on-site" few minutes in the tuk-tuk or motor-bike taxi to Nana / Cowboy and of cause the added bonus of being hosted by a true Euro-gentleman / alco.

always found the walk pleasant, never had anyone not enjpy the walk home at night, never had a friend not enjoy teh walk home in teh eveningh. TGF would rathers tay here thananywhere else, I asked her this tripwhere u want stay...SOi 18 was her response. And she hasnt even met DFresh yet...lol

thanks for the information IBFarang but RTB posted on here that the rate for the suites had been reduced to 2,000 baht because of the noise from the construction site.just trying to find out if that rate will still apply in february.
