Hi Guys,
just a word to put my 2cts on this place.
This is the coolest place on hearth.
Easy booking, easy chech-in and out... nice room (shower in std room 1st floor sucks though).
The breakfast is far from a ABF buffet in those great hotel but it's good enough to start the day.
I think what I like the most is the attitude of the staff, they answer any email promptly, do their best to help regaring anything. really appreciated.
RTB has always been incredibly friendly either at Grottino or there. (I actually haven't met the guy yet but always get an answer to each email request, I guess I'm just a bit shy to try Toxic)
I am going again soon and this time I managed to book a Deluxe room so I'll see the difference with std room.
Oh yes: free wireless internet in every room is helpful.

I was very happy with my stay there.
The staff was indeed very friendly and helpful. I liked my room. The bathroom could have been a little bigger but that's nitpicking.
I like the free coffee and PC access in the very comfy lobby and the fact that Toxic kind of serves as everyone's common living room.
What struck me most is the feeling of camaraderie one strikes with one's fellow guests. You meet a couple of the regulars over breakfast or share a tuktuk ride to the BTS station and then later you spend god knows how long over noodles and a game with the girls in Toxic. Very relaxing.
I am seriously considering coming there with my wife if I could write them ahead and ask them to remove the very consipicous condoms placed on the shelf =)
Just 2 things I have to comment on -
1. The noise of people coming up and down the stairs is quite loud since my room is right beside it. Even the simple carpeting of the staircase would help deaden the sound.
2. The noise of the construction just behind the hotel can be bothersome to late risers. Get a room farthest away from the end of the soi as possible.

I am inTown lodege as I write this,,, took standard room as I arrived at mid-night. More than happy with the room and shower is good. Company from Soi Cowboy VERY good,, jai dee.
