The short answer is no; however, you do not require a membership to go to Toxic. What the membership does is to reduce bottle pricing by 5 or 10 percent based on the level of membership (the gold membership does have a few other benefits in regards to short time rooms and reduced barfines). Since you are staying only a short time and said you were not interested necessarily in purchasing a bottle, a membership may not be your best option. Additionally, if you are staying at the hotel then use of a short time room is meaningless for you...unless you want to take a lady up to a different room of course. Even without a membership, our bottle pricing is very competitive and you will find it far less expensive than some of the other gentlemen's clubs. Look forward to seeing you soon.

September is my 4th trip, should have said I will have been four times this year after this forthcoming tip.
January 12 days
April (Songkhran) 26 days
June 10 Days
and forthcoming trip 17 days
Should that actually mean nights.
Wowser sorry if I seem to be asking a lot ust checking on any benifits.
They only draw back I can see is the distance down Soi 18.
I tend to stay usually down soi 19 well actually between Soi 19 and Soi 15 near the Somerset.
I do like to walk along Sukhumvit after places have closed for some noodle soup usually from cowoy so I can see me leaving cowboy and walking a couple of miles down Suk and then back to 18 and then down 18.
A 5 min walk must mean about 1/3 of a mile or about
1 Km hence the need wowser to look at ALL the plus points.
I can not see also why some members are getting in a tizz about RTB promoting his establishment on here.
I would rather have the information and make a choice..
besides which perhaps only a Farrang would understand fully what Farrangs want,, maybe a bit of jealousy creeping in.. Many of us would like the chance to invest and see some return that would allow us to remain in LOS full time.

(Warning - long winded bollocks until I get to the Lodge)
Bloody Royal President. Told me there would be plenty rooms for the nights of Sept 12 and 13 so I rock up from Hua Hin on the afternoon, fall out of the taxi only to be told there are no rooms at the inn. Bugger.
Load up taxi and head over to Grottino. Again no joy (mental note to self: top up sim card before leaving HH in order to ring ahead). Decide to abandon taxi and check out Grand President and Ambassador.
Grand President has rooms - hurrah! Said rooms are Baht 3,600 - boo! Leave case there and foxtrot oscar to the Ambassador (forgetting the board advice about this dump). Manage to get a room for Baht2,100 in their serviced apartment block. Decide to take it as I am suffering a dose of cold turkey from a lack of silky skin action.
Jeez what a shithole. The dullest room in the history of dull rooms, no safety deposit box, the most uncomfortable bed I have ever endured and a bathroom that wouldn't have been out of place in Dennis Nielsen's house. Ah well, I mused, when I'm cabbaged later tonight it won't make no difference.
(Incidentally, there is a Town Lodge point to this rambling so hang in there boys)
After a three S special, I wander over to Soi Cowboy and on the way decide to check out the Grottino again 'just in case.' Again, no rooms but a large gent there and a smaller chap (German I think) with glasses says that I might want to check out the Town Lodge if I'm not happy with the sack of crap I'm living in for now. Now I remember Toxic and Wowser's good words about the Town Lodge and decide to give it a go the next day.
The following day I rock up to Grottino with my bags and the lads remember me and offer to drive me to TL. Nice gesture. Once I'm in the Lodge (which is nowt special from the outside), I feel much more at ease and the grumpiness that was induced by the Ambassador is swiftly removed.
The lovely Kitty/Kiddy (what a sweetheart) shows me all the rooms and I'm more than impressed. Where I live, baht1200 wouldn't get you half the goodies at the Lodge - add the friendliness of the staff (and the 'no problem and no extra charge' about a 6pm check out) and you have a nice place to get away from the bustle.
Didn't get a chance to see much of Toxic as I didn't get in until around after 2am. There were still a few lads in the club but I didn't see much in the way of girls. Mind you, I did have the lovely Git from Hollywood in tow so nocturnal gymnastics were the order of the moment and it was off upstairs to the very comfy bed.
The only drawbacks about TL was the sound of drills and banging in the daylight hours (and these were builders not shaggers!) but this was probably after 11am so I can't complain too much - and, as they say, to make an omelette you do have to break a few eggs (what AM I on about?)
Anyhoooo, I found it good value for money and noticed that even when I was fannying around in the lobby the small German guy was ramming home to the girls that everything had to be just right for the customers. From what I can see, service is not compromised here.
Litmus test - would I stay there again? For sure. And the walk to the Suk isn't that bad. Even in the pissing rain. With Kiddy's borrowed umbrella (now THAT'S service!)
Flame me if you like, but I have no stake and/or interest in the hotel. I just wanted to say after the crappy experiences elsewhere, it was a breath of fresh air. But next time, I want that Jaccuzzi room...
