Can't talk about yours, but I suspect that anu hotel/serviced apartmnet can accomodate your request for an in-room massage.
What is 'good to go' with the girl, is really up to her... I suspect it is like everything else in Thailand - a question of Baht.

Rembrandt Hotel is not girl friendly. Although the Rembrandt Towers Serviced Apartments next door are girl friendly, I am not sure that they have a massage place on premises that will go to your room for extras.
There are several outcall agencies that you might consider. Here is one of them:

Send them an email to get a link to the pics of the girls with specific FS rates for each one.
You can also check with small massage parlors in the area and see if they will come up to your room. Many of them will, and then you can negotiate with girl for extras when she arrives.

The Westin is going for $60 in June for Fri/Sat/Sun nights. Good deal as all rooms now have the Heavenly Bed, and I prefer SC to Nana.
Based on my research, $70 should get you the Sheraton and $75 most likely the JW. Could end up over-bidding and getting the Westin of course. However, for anything above $60 I'd personally prefer the President Solitaire.

Maybe after the 3 day wait period, bid at $68?

Was able to get Shangri-La on the river for a $55 bid. They threw in the breakfast buffet for Golden Circle members, making it a fantastic deal, well worth paying 35 baht to take the BTS & 60 baht to taxi back from Suk. And, there's the river view.

My bids at $60, $65, $70 and $75 for a 5* on Suk in June have all been rejected. My $75 bid was countered and I was asked to raise it by $17. That would put it at $92 plus another $20 of taxes and fees. I prefer to be in the Suk area so I am going to stay at the Swiss Grottino instead.

Forget 5* on suk, they are now overpriced, nothing under $75 bids!!
Grottino is beautiful, its like living in a Thai designed aparment, no mosquitos too!!
