My friend and I went to check the Bar in Town Lodge.We were shocked, only two girls were at the counter, one inside, and the other one outside. There were two foreigners chatting with them, not sure if they were residents, perhaps they were.
But,the worst part was, the waitress came to ask for order after may be 5 minutes, and with very reluctant mood. I have seen this web side of town lodge,and was really surprised to see that there is no customer, nothing happening....we sat for just 10 minutes and walked off......

I have had a similar experience my friend and I went to the bar, had to call someone twice before a person came to take the order, the drinks were delivered after maybe 10 min, a pity when so many good things are being written about this place, we haven't gone back.

RTB, In my opinion, Town Lodge/Toxic web site needs improvement. First of all, colour of the web site is so dark, it gives cheap impression about your hotel. Excuse my open comment on this. Even the Room details are very brief. There are plenty of web designers available, and you can talk to them for a better one. Please think about it.

I disagree with the above (and I design websites myself). I like the feel/look of Town Lodge website very much, and I feel like the images/colors/info there gives one a very good feel of the laid-back, clean and classy place that it is. I haven't stayed anywhere else in Bangkok since I discovered it two years ago, and I travel there 3 times a year for a total of over two months per year. Anyway, to each his own.
