Can't comment on the Town Lodge as I've never stayed there but I can comment on RTB helping me out with accomodation before.
Back in Feb I decided to stop in Pattaya on my way back from Samet but my usual hotel was fully booked and so were the other places I'd tried. Mentioned this to RTB when I was browsing the forum checking out hotel reviews and he not only recommended a place that fit the bill but booked it for me and got me the best room they have with a nice sea view.

I don't know whether he has an interest in the hotel or not, but if he does then good luck to him, I enjoyed my stay there either way and he certainly saved me a lot of hassle trying to find somewhere.

I think most here could give a crap about anonymity unless they have something to hide then they should not be stupid enough to take advantage of the deal offered to BTF's members.
I have stayed at the Town Lodge and have no problems revealing my personnal identity there and own up to the fact that I like tying up nice Thai girls. They seem to love it and keep come back for more and tell me that they are bored of old fat f***s who do not have any energy for sex or do the same old boring thing. I guess these would be same old farts who cannot manage to walk down to the end of Soi 18 without running out of breath. They must be a riot in the sack.
Anyhow nice for RTB to provide a Tuk Tuk to haul these lazy asses around.
(No offense to Koolbreeze who has a legit disability just the rest who seem to be buffet challenged)
Anyhow I like the club Toxic, but will pass on staying at the Town Lodge, execpt for ST's in the jaccuzzi. I personnally prefer the Swiss G.

Would it not be better for the board in general if we could restrict further posts on this thread to actual enquiries about the Town Lodge hotel along with comments from people who have stayed there? Just a wild thought, this being the 'Hotels' section and all.
I will be staying for 4 nights at the end of October and will be happy to post comments on my return to UK.

Well there is no PR like bad PR, but having stayed there myself I would recommend that you book one of the jacuzzi rooms. The TG's love it.

What is it about the hotel that inspired the owners to call it "Art Deco"? Is there lots of Art Deco style objects in the hotel rooms (public and private) or is it the style of the architecture that warents the name?

PS: I've had a look at some of the previous posts but I couldn't find the answer there and the pics provided don't show much that would support the "Art Deco" name.
