Which is the best room (Cleanest/ in Best Shape) ?
Majestic Suites: Double Deluxe (1865 Baht)
President Park: Executive Studio (1851 Baht) / Deluxe Studio (2043 Baht)
Admiral Suites: Superior Studio (2100 Baht)
All locations are fine with me. I know all are girl-friendly.
Any known discounts off these published rates? TSM?
Any other similarly priced places in the Suk area I should consider?

Admiral Suites is the newest, so probably in best shape overall.
President Park varies becasue they have more than 1 building of different ages. But the room I had there a few years ago was fine.
Don't know about Majestic.
For the two serviced apartments, they have monthly rates that are very favorable, even if you only stay 25 days. If you are staying for less than a month then send them an email and ask what kind of discount you can get. Can't hurt.

Majestic Grand Suites opens march 15th. It looks at the top of your prices listed, but it will be the newest, and in the best shape. It might have a few bugs to work out with just opening, but shouldn't be anything more than a few inconveniences.
I was going to stay there this trip, but didn't get confirmation in time. Try it out, and let us know.

I always stay at the Majestic Suites, I expect their new hotel will also be guest friendly however it is out of my price range for long stays----

Hi Liam...I got these directly from their web sites. Haven't called or emailed to try negotiating anything better yet. I'm only planning a 3-4 day stay. Have you tried President Park before?..Matt

I'd be careful of the Executive studio as it's very noisy in the Mayflower wing. All of them is located in a low rise buidling (9 floors), and there's a heavy traffic outside. Now I stay in the Maple tower building (only Deluxe) on 18th floor, and thats better.

Hi,
well this my first post. I stayed several times at President Park the last three years - and most of the time I prefered the Mayflower Wing for avoiding the walk of shame in the main complex with the reception.
Had one stay in the Maple Tower - well, to my taste and humble opionion the Mayflower Wing was in better shape - but I think it really depends which room you get.
Always prefered PP because of the pool area (always went there alone, never with a bargirl - quite a family and expat athmosphere round the pool.

Thats sounds like a really great reason to go there with a lovely young, nubile BG and put all of their noses out of joint. Nothing I like better than watching the crabby old boot Farang women clucking and tutting, whilst their husbands gawp open-mouthed, with envy in their eyes.
