Hi,
can somebody please provide the newest information on Landmark:
some sources say it's girl-friendly, but after asking at asiahotels I got
an official answer that they want 1000,- Bht joiner fee.
So: what should I expect? I'll be probably staying at Club Floor.

I've never had any problem at the Landmark. I don't think they even collect an id.

My room had a huge girlfriendly marble shower cabin with glass door - good foreplay environment - if the girl is playfull and willing...
Yes bro, girlfriendly, no problem - booked double though, but they don't check or collect at all... Hey, do we have a security problem here ?
...at least you can lock the door.
You can enjoy their excellent breakfast with some nice company - if you can stand the walk of shame with all the tourist couples there... The business crowd will only envy you...
Don't bother, you will definitely not be the only one with such nice company...

Very girl friendly in my experience, but always best to book a double. Never been asked for joiner fee. My TG is always treated with respect by the staff, no hassles of any kind.

i have never ever been asked about lady at landmark- always stay on club floor- book a single- and take her for free drinks and snacks in exec lounge- bring work out clothes- great gym!!

I think you are right about LM being girl friendly. But for many months I told friends the same about the Ambassador on Soi 11 as it was for many many years. But then they changed policy. And now it is no longer a place for hobbyists to stay.
So if this is really important to you, it may be worth a phone call to the front desk there.... "Is there a joiner fee if I book a double and how much more does the double cost over a single ? "

Very gf indeed - just spent 4 nights there and came back with a different girl every night. Began to get a big grin from the hottie on the door towards the end of my stay; all the more fun. No issues with ID or pool or breakfast for gf.

I stayed at Landmark last week for 4 nights. It was amazing (field reports to follow when I get chance).
I booked for two people on advice elsewhere in this forum - booked a junio suite which was FANTASTIC.
YES - they are VERY girl friendly - even to the point of having a quiet word with me warning me about a Russian girl I had been having drinks with at the front of the hotel. I was taking her to my room (not for nookie this time...I knew she was leaching off me...but I was going along with it..just needed to get something from my room) - one of the managers pulled me to one side and told me they had a warning about this girl and maybe I shouldn't invite her to my room BUT if I rally wanted to that it was OK....they just wanted to make me aware....
How helpful is that!!!
As mentioned...I had already sussed out she was leeching from me and was going to drop her shortly after but the staff were great in being discreet and giving me the warning.
I ws bringing back two or three girls a day and they didn't make any further comment - just really polite and made me feel like a King.
Would I go back - EVERY TIME....I'd go nowhere else!!!!

Even for those not staying at the Landmark, the little bakery downstairs and the tables out front are fun places to hang with my TGF. The staff are always very polite to her (some cuties there) and I enjoy watching the endless string of punters and their ladies going back and forth from Nana to Soi Cowboy, lol! It's not the cheapest place to get a capuccino, but the scenery is nice. In the early evening, before NEP opens up, there is a large stream of bg's bustling past on their way to work. Mmmmmm....
