Certainly a nice place. Good location if you want the night life and most certainly guest friendly, as you rent apartments in there and no one has any say in who you bring home.
I don't for one minute you would offend any of the other residents if you brought a BG back (unless it was their current GF)

Omni is excellent. A solid 4 star place. Guest friendly and has good security. In room safe too.
Hotel has weekly and monthly rates and the owners of condos there rent out thru the RE agent in the lobby at even better rates if you sign a 1 yr lease.
Only possible negative for some is that there are a fair number of Arabs concentrated there.

And a lot of hookers live there too with their farang sponsors. Sit in the lobby and pick your choice.... if the sponsors go home on leave, the girls come out to play in your room.

This might be true indeed. But I doubt it is easy to pickup one of these girls unless you are inventive and quite forward.
I lived there for a while and did see some hot babes with their farang man as well as a few lookers all alone too but seemingly busy without time to spare. Certainly rarely saw a girl sitting in the lobby waiting and available. But maybe I missed the obvious now and then.
Not a pickup place for sure, again unless you have skills I know nothing about.
Saw some real lookers as the sports club attached to President Park too.... for sure were wives or were sponsored.

Hey Doc, your not one of the guys that would acually try to pick up girls in the lobby or the coffe shop (outside) that all the resident farangs ( mostly american, australians,english ) would sit around and laugh at are you? I've seen both, and in my opinion, they are not worth these prices for what they are offering - it's a nice place, don't get me wrong, but I think you are paying more for proximity to Nana, than anything else.
