I stay in the Sukhumvit area when I am in Bangkok, but my hotel does not have a pool, does anyone know for if one can use other hotels swimming pools for a small fee.

As ever the answer is sometimes yes and sometimes no. The Sheraton u can certainly buy a one day pass or longer if u want. I don't remember the details but it is not cheap...but I like that pool a lot. I am sure most other hotels are the same. Would recommend the Conrad pool....not suhkumvit but close enough...15 minute walk from Nana.

Money talks, especially in Thailand.
I doubt there are very many hotels with a policy that disallows one day or weekly/monhtly passes.
On Soi 4, the Omni Tower pool is very nice. If they say no, ask to speak to the manager and I am sure there is a price that will make him say yes. I think it could be as little as 200B/day but I am just guessing having stayed there for 4 months last year.

The " Zenith" hotel pool looks good but I have never actually stayed there. This forum shows comments regarding the Zenith ranging from " the best bargain ever seen" toooo " hate this hotel", so I will post report after my stay there later this year.

soi one, golden palace. they don't mind you at the pool if you buy food and drinks. food is so-so though.
hotel about 650 to 750 a night.

Regarding the Zenith,please be prepared to pay a joiner fee.If u take the lady directly to ur room, expect security to come to your door and escort u to reception. They very much like to use their array of security cameras. And yes, the pool is nice.

Sheraton on Suk. is off limits for non-guests. One day pass not available. Not sure where RTB gets his info. Marriot is available for 500 baht all day, all facilities.
RTB, does the Grottino have a deal with Sheraton or any other hotel for pool use?

The Woraburi Hotel, on Soi 4, about 1 km from NEP, has a rooftop pool (small).
A room costs from 800 Baht I think.
Girl friendly.

I stayed there in May. Girl friendly they were, however on my visit I found them to be farang guest unfriendly and very rude. Do a search for my 'less than good' experience there.
