Anybody have any good or bad info on this place ?Sukhumit crown located off sukhumvit and soi 8 near lolitas. Charges about 850 to 950 a day.

I live very close to this place.
Looks clean and ok from the outside.
They have a huge cafeteria on the ground floor.
850/950 per night is a very good price for this area.
A monthly rate would probably be 20-25KTHB I would guess. And Lolitas is less than 50 yards from the front door of this hotel.
That is all I know.

I stayed there In February, and I'm planning on going back there soon. paid about 850b a night, room was clean with large bed, TV, fridge, and bath and shower.
I Liked the big mirror in the room, good cafe down stairs with big screen TV. Staff were friendly and had no problems bringing back girls. found handy for NEP, 5 mins away.
