The Amari Airport Hotel (http://www.amari.com/airport), is connected to the airport by a skybridge on the second level. Get a room there, then ride the elevator to the After Flight Massage Center on the fifth floor. Tell the manager you want a 90-minute massage in your room. You can pick from several girls. You go back to your room and the girl will join you. Cost is about 4,000 Baht, but you don't have to leave the airport area.
Another possibility I've heard suggested by others (but I don't have any personal experience) is to try to make contact with a BG who's just said good-bye to her farang boyfriend at the airport departure level. She might be willing to earn some extra baht before heading home. Seems like you'd have to have thick skin and a lot of nerve to pull this off, but if it doesn't seem too weird to you, go for it. Price would probably be the usual S/T rate around 1,500B, but you have to figure it might take a lot of time to hit on a willing girl.

Evil Penivel's post brought back very fond memories of my overnight stays at the Amari. I have not been there since last November, but there were some lovely girls to choose from at the Centre. The hotel's rates (and the massages) are a bit high, but if you are traveling on expense account, it is a treat, and very convenient in all respects. Room service, indeed.
