One of my friend is going to BKK sooner and he wants to stay at this hotel, but not sure how the hotel is like?
The questions are
Is the hotel girl friendly?
has Safety box?
plus any information will be appreciated

Girlfriendly, yes.
But the last time I was there (November 2004), I think they give you an option: either 1100.- Baht for single occupancy, or 1200.- with 'friend' (the figures may be not accurate). If you opt for 1100.- and have a friend, I think they charge 200 or 300 Bt. Not sure.
I can't remmeber about safety boxes. I think not, but they have individual safety boxes at reception.
On the whole, the hotel is OK; there is a swimming pool. Some of the rooms are a little worn, though, and could do with a refresh.

I will tell my friend to stay at another hotel around 1500B without additional charge for girls.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Woraburi Inn when it first opened for business in October of 2001.
At that time it offered great value: 10,000 Baht for monthly stays.
After a while, rates went up, way up, so I figured, "no longer is this hotel good value for the money."
A harsh statement, as I have stayed there recently and the place is certainly not bad.
However, better values can be had these days and I would only recommend short stays at The Woraburi Inn.
