I staid there for 5 years ago, the room were not bad for the price (700 Baht). No problem to bring girls, just let the ID card downstairs to the desk. In 5 years it could change, but I had good experience. I didnt go there anymore as I find better opportunities.
Conclusion: why not

Stayed there in late July,2005 when all hotels were full. I paid walk-in rate, (?) 1100 Baht with set breakfast. Good thing was, the hotel was just renovated. Carpet, bed etc. were all brand new. Breakfast was not good. But the location was fantastic, just next door to Galliver's and totally girlfriendly.
