If you had to choose between these two hotels, which one would you stay at? I wish that I had more choices, but many of the hotels are fully booked.

I only know the Woraburi. I have been there the past two years.
It is convenient for NEP and has a swimming pool, but it feels a little worn. It could do with a refresh, or at least a fresh coat of paint.

I only know the Royal Asia lodge where I have spent only one night.

I have now tried both. In my opinion, the Royal Asia Lodge is a pretty good hotel; certainly better than Woraburi.
If you do choose to lodge there, use an internet booking service: the price is 300 Baht lower than the rack rate.
It is girlfriendly (since you ask!).
