I just got a confirmed booking through one of the online reservation websites for Nana Hotel.
But earlier I tried the Nana Hotel website for booking. They replied back saying they were fully booked.
Anyone know why its like that ??
And also is the Townlodge Hotel more comfy than Nana ??

Things change rapidly in the world of hotel booking. The Nana might have been fully booked on the date you tried and then rooms became free. Or possibly the booking site had reserved rooms in its name so it would have some to parcel out. But double-check with Nana that they have a booking in some form in your name for the date you want.

Hi All
I have booked the Nana, but had it the other way round, both times I tried through asiarooms and was told it was full, but when I contacted nana direct I got a room. Asiarooms mind you suggested a more expensive hotel!!!!

I know someone who booked the Nana, then was told they were full when he showed up. Great customer service, didn't even give him the welcome drink coupon.
