Considering this great location, I imagine it to be very guest friendly, but how good is it really? Rooms, pool? Quiet?
Has anybody stayed there recently? How guest friendly is it really?
Would be great to hear an update on this place.

Dont know how guest friendly but it is expensive with a capital E.
Dropped in one day on the way past for a rate card and the cheapest was US75. For the location IMHO they are aiming a little high. Never went to see the rooms

I think this may be wrong ?? All the booking sites seem to be 1900-200 Baht for Deluxe room ?? There is a 2 br for more but 75 USD - never saw that

It's 40USD per night through an online booker, right now, till Oct 2006 for a deluxe room.
Just weird that there's not more info in here....did all the searches but not much info at all.......??

Yes its around the 1600 Baht mark per night. Smallish hotel and its expensive. However the rooms are a massive 38 sqm comparing with other hotels. The hotel offers good service and free tuk tuk to the end of Soi 4.
I have heard some good things from this hotel, it is guest friendly and one downside is the extremely hard beds.

There is always The Town Lodge. Around 1080 baht/night. Pretty sure you will get a room.

If u'r lookin for a boutique hotel on soi 4 u should check out HEIDELBERG HOTEL (? not sure on this,but similar)
is really close to NEP further down the sidewalk...it has a green-yellow write on a small door that leads u up on reception,where the girl at the desk escorts u up to the room,in a very small elevator,,,lez say a 100 kg person barely fits in! BTW the room is nice with flat screen tv,nice bathroom and view on Sin "after-hour"bar (it's right across). the price is around the usual 1800 that u'll find anywhere these days,but the location is worthy.I had the namecard but I lost it surely
Don't ask me if is GF or not,coz I don't lived there,good old Nana Condo did it for me.
