My buddy and I are coming to the end of our trip to Thailand.
we would like to book 2 clean rooms in the Suk area for our last 3 nights in BK the end of this month. Can anyone recommend something decent, cheaper the better as we are running short on funds. Would also like a pool if possible to catch some sun during the day as we are heading back to Vancouver and the sun sure aint shining there right now! Thanks in advance!

Hotel Manhattan you can get for about 1100 Bahts per night which includes as much breakfast as you can sevre yourself. Also has a pool and is friendly ++. Try it on the internet. Good Luck

There is a lot of building going on right around the Manhattan. Directly behind it is a very large structure going up. I believe it is up to 25 stories right now and work continues. Can be very noisy most of the day.
There is also a new structure being built right at the corner of Soi 15 and Suk. Lots of traffic going in and out of the site, which means the Soi is hard to maneuver. And, I'm sure there is lots of noise from that work as well. This is about 100 feet from the front of the hotel.
I'm staying there in March. Noise shouldn't bother me because I get up early. And, my TGF can sleep through anything.
If you want the Manhattan, do as ayutthaya8 suggests and book using the Internet. Direct booking at the Manhattan is much more expensive.

And yes....i could have spent time searching but as I said, I am running low on funds and thought that maybe it would be faster for me to post instead of spending a few hours in an internet cafe searching the forum.

 Never ceases to amaze me how the determined mind can put in limitless time, money and energy in to seeking help with a problem, and virtually NO effort in seeking the answer.
