I am thinking of staying at this serviced apartment during the march trip, but I can not find any info on this forum.
I just have read some feedbacks on other internet sites and want to hear more.
I will stay in Type A room for 4 days with my friend and Type E room for 5 days alone.

Ok cocoroso before you get told to UTFSE correctly here is how it works...
1. Select Search.
2. Enter key word "Evergreen"
3. Select Search criteria = Search by Keywords (in both topic title and post)
4. Select All forums...

I already have searched but found only little information that I could not make my decision whether this S.A is good to stay or not.
This is why I asked this question.
I am not a newbie to this site and I knew I am accustomed to use search function before I ask somehting so no thanks for not valueable info to me.
When I used the search function I only got 3 matches but TPE got 39?? I will do it again.

Evergreen is a little bit off the beaten p4p track (except for CM2 maybe) But I haven't been there, so...
Why not choose Grand President? Not top notch boutique style but has it all and good value for money and on Soi 11 right in the middle of all Suck Rd. action. and close to BTS (Nana) as well...

"Off the beaten path"- if you want to be smack-dab in the center of the lower Sukhumvit scene maybe. And we all do, don't we?  To me, the location has a lot of appeal.
Assuming the OP has no objections, it's actually in a great locale for what it has to offer. He could pretty much walk out the door and be at the BTS station. And the klong sang saeb is less than a half a block away [pier and all]. Plus, he could easily walk to Siam Discovery, MBK or Panthip Plaza from there.
I looked at Evergreen up close, twice, with an eye to spending a couple of months there, but I never did. Their fitness room is very nice, and the pool and pool deck are great. Rooms are quite well done and comfy looking. But I have no idea about the guest friendliness factor.
Depending on the rate quote and OP's inclination for locality I would say give it a try.

I've been a long term resident of EverGreen since 2002. Having previously lived on Suk, Soi 8.
When I'm in Bangkok I stay for 1-3 months, time permitting. Their longer term rates are a better deal than their daily, or weekly rates. Still I've not found anything better suited to my tastes.
Excellent gym. New, well serviced and attended. Pool is fantastic for laps or just relaxing. Proper steam room and sauna. Laundry DIY or Dry Cleaning services. Being a proper serviced apt. no bother bring back guests.
Off the beaten path yes, and off the main street Payatai, so that you might miss it if not looking for it specifically. And that can be a good thing sometimes. ;-D
A short motosai ride to Panthip and walk to MBK, Siam Discovery center are indeed a major plus.
Next to Asia Hotel would be my only complaint as the walk to 7-11 yields the taxi/TukTuk "Where you Go??" gauntlet.
A few times past those fellas and they figure I'm a long term and not worth the bother.
Along the side sois are a number of decent tailors if you need. And the Victory Monument one stop away on the BTS is a great place for lunch. Scenery there is heart stopping IMHO. You can have the Go Go's I'll take the Victory Monument at Lunch time or quitting time..
Evergreen is gonna be well worth it only if you don't mind being away from the Sukhumvit ghetto.

Thanks for the replies. I made my decision to stay in there and yes I know I need to make a short journey to get to main action area (nana, soi, etc) but I don't bother because the taxi fare would be around 50B one way.
I am happy to hear that it has a nice gym (love ironing) so I can spend a little time a day for work-out and swimming.
Skip. As heenah2000 said it is 100% girl friendly.
MickTheKick. Grand President is also off the main street that I need to walk more than 10 minutes. And now it has bad reputation. Anyway. thanks for the suggestion.

Yes I got 39 Yet again! But I used the term "Evergreen" so not all 39 results may have been about Evergreen Apartments.  Excuuuuuuse meeeeee!

TPE II. I knew you tried to help me and no thx to xxx is not to blame you or anything harsh to you so no hard feeling. 
After reading your post I did search again and got 39ish results but they did not have any actual info on evergreen place.
Anyway, I made my decision and will be staying at Evergreen Place from 3/10 to 3/17.
