On my last trip, TG says there is hotel on Soi 4 called Nana Thai.
She was adamant that this was not same same Nana Hotel.
I have searched to no avail, anyone know anything about this hotel, if it exists or is any good etc?
TG said it was OK.

Hotel is called Nanatai Hotel.
Way down soi 4 almost in the factory.
Has rooms studios and apartments 1 & 2 bed
Tuk Tuk service to Suk from 8 am to 2 am
Basic service.
I used to stay there till I took my town house.

Nana Tai Mansion. Last major building on the left hand side before the Thailand Tobacco company. 400 metres from Sukhumvit Rd and NEP and Nana Hotel. Like Breconion says, clean, tidy, and a lot of farangs stay there as long time residents. Is girl friendly, no safe in room only boxes at reception. Has pool, massage, gym and restaurant. Stayed there for a month in late 2004 and is OK.

I will always remember that place in a different mode now. I was in a nice little relationship with a TG and we had a deal going, well I thought I did.
When I met her she was working in a beauty salon in Soi 103, but worked the bars to top up the income and did not go LT with anyone. TG said I was kind showed compassion and maybe should would stay with me LT that night. Well she did stay LT and moved in. She stayed with me and stopped work at the salon and bar, I supported her.
After a couple of months, I gave her the deposit to buy a 2 bed apartment for herself and family. We got along well, and had serious discussions about the future for us. Maybe yes maybe no, just see how it goes. She was my backstop, a girl I completely trusted. Her working life in the bar would be coming to an end shortly, she was 38, still looked good and I thought I might be safe with this one.
She wanted to resume work in the salon and be close to her family, so I agreed on the proviso that she not work bar and I would continue to support her. Her apartment and work was an hour away so we phoned each other daily and nightly. Her rule to me was, wear condoms with other girls, I not see you everyday and have no problem with other girls, I understand man.
Great, off the leash and continue the party life for a while anyway. I resumed going to bars and funnily enough never took a girl home, had the odd FL though. She had the spare set of keys to my apartment and location of safe key, so she could come over after beauty salon work and stay the night. Also clean up the place and wash my clothes and look after me. But she would telephone to make sure if I was alone first, otherwise would not come till next day.
I phoned her on Thursday morning and all was well. On Friday her phone was switched off. OK maybe she has left it at home and forgot to take it to work. Saturday morning still phone not on, strange hope she is OK, so go to her apartment and family tell me she had to go to see Mama and Pappa urgently in country and phone not work in country. No problem. Sat lunchtime, she phones as parents want supplies and girl has to go to city in the country and phone works OK in city. Everything OK, mother got sick and needed medicine. See you when you come back to BKK, loves and kisses. So I return to Nana area and have a look around.
Saturday afternoon I went to swimming pool and friend says to me, 'I saw your girlfriend yesterday in Soi 4 coming out of Nana Tai Mansion with farang'. I say, 'No bullshit, I speak with her this morning and she in country' Girl says, 'No I have seen her 2 or 3 days at Mansion, I have no reason to lie to you, you are my friend'.
Saturday evening I go to Mansion and wait in lobby. 5 mins after I got there, TG walks out with farang, and I walk up and say hello, what is going on. Her face hit the floor and the farang says, 'Whats going on here'. So I tell him the story with her present and the poor bugger is dumbfounded, shocked. I say 'mate all is cool, I am shocked and dissapointed as well'. TG does not dispute story, but if she had a knife it would be embedded in my back.
All lies, the complete f***en lot, no beauty salon, not go to country, still works bar, but at different locations. Come on in dopey barrafish. We get tuk tuk together and go to Nana and farang cannot apologise enough. Not your fault mate, how would you know, she is just a good liar. I part company with them and he says to me, 'thanks for telling me'.
I go to another bar and an hour later ex-TG is crying saying, 'Why you find me. Him angry me now and farang not send me money each month. You and me finish, I not want see you again'. I tell her ' little bullshit is OK, not lie time and time again, I hate liar's, I not give you any more money or furniture for apartment..fine.. you and me finish..goodbye'.
I was not going to mention this episode here, feeling sad, but when I saw this new thread, I wanted to get it out of my system. Sorry Gus and others for hijacking this. Hurting at the moment but will come good. Now have to jump back into line...next girl please.

This is so true. I see it every day and it has certainly hardened my heart towards relationships especially with a TBG or any BG for that matter...
Just enjoy the time you spend with them and then get the f*** out of dodge...
