does anyone know if the guesthouse in Soi1Plaza (upstairs) has a direct e-mail reservation address, I have their buisness card with a website for Soi1Plaza but you cannot contact guesthouse directly I was hoping to avoid using phone no. listed on card as sometimes that method is unreliable

I saw this post when you originally made it and stopped by the place to get the info. Then I forgot about it and assumed someone had answered your question (and lost the card). Well, I went in again just for you. The landline numbers are 02 251 7057 and 02 252 7298. This might be too late to help you, but even so, it might assist someone else with this question. BTW they advertise 650 a night rent. I guess this would be a strange place to stay (on the top floor of a bar complex) and pretty noisy. I guess it's mostly for short time use.

Curious if this is place is still in existance, no website last time I checked, when phoning the communication is bad, my poor Thai doesn't help, I like the location, rate & room

Well, as you know most of Suk 1 Plaza has disappeared... except for a disco. Some of the bars did relocate.... for instance Guess Bar (LB) went to Soi 4. Oasis Bar (downstairs) went to Soi 13.
I guess the guesthouse also is gone....

E.P., long time no post, I went to their website, this seems to be on Soi 1, the place I refer to is apparently gone, was in the Suk Plaza, no dorms, but the place you mention also has private rooms for 650bt that look good
Pty been my destination lately, so I'm out of touch w/the Big Smoke

This site was last updated 28-ธ.ค.-2548..... roughly three years ago.
Also they probably don't like English speaking people... prices for Germans, French and Dutch are lower than for Americans and Brits.
