Does anybody know if the Amari Boulevard Hotel (near Nana) is a guest friendly hotel?

I have stayed there four times over the psat 12 months, each time with my TG.
Alright we checked in together (but the night bellboy-security at night didn't know this) and when we came in each night the security questioned her first (at the lift lobby area, not at the front door) in Thai and asked my room number.
They then checked their room list to see if you have paid for a twin room. If single they will stop you.

I quoted my room number(a twin) and just walked her through. No ID card asked for if you have paid for a twin.

Yes they will question you about you room number, then check their list to see if it is twin, and may even ask her for her ID, if you are cheap and paid single

TWO KEY SYSTEMS.

The fourth time I stayed there, when I checked in I explained to the receptionist that I didnt want to be hasselled each time that I came in at night (as I had paid for a twin and was staying with a guest)

She said. "Didnt the give you a green key tag" when you checked in, I said no "white". She said they should have given you "green".

She said here is a green key tag , just hold it so the bellboy security can see it as you walk in at night and he will not ask anything. Not even youur room number.

I did this and it worked for the rest of the week. The bellboy-security just smilled at both of us , nodded and we walked through. He had no idea who she was or if she checked in with me, just that I had the right colour key tag.

Ask the girl at reception (Assitsant Manager) for a green key tag when you check in, because you dont want to be insulted with your guest. Just be sure to pay twin

Is this two key systems still in order? Any updates on this hotel?
