I like to stay on or arround soi 13 when I am in Pattaya (halfway between walking street and Sois 7 and 8) my normal hotel is full and was recommended this hotel by a friend.. however having never stayed there before can anyone who may have.. tell me what the rooms are like.. are they basic etc. The description is 22 inch TV, DVD player in room safe.. sounds good but you never know as it is a small hotel.
Any help is appreciated.

I stayed there around six years ago. Very basic rooms, stained carpets, worn around the edges. Maybe worst part is paper thin doors and you can hear everything outside your room - including the owner's kids that are usually out there yelling in the morning at the pool. Found the owner surly.
Good points are good location, nice little pool, cheap bfast, and they have rental golf clubs on-site.
I would give it a miss and pay a little extra for the Sandy Springs (1200 baht) or the Inn House (940 baht) if you want Soi 13.

WhiteHouse Bt1275 for a standard room is really good.
The Suites are excellent, 2.5k or 3k, but very well done
