Three villas not far from Wat Po with breath-taking river views is how it is described. It's a long way from Sukhumvit and not cheap, but gets rave reviews. Fodor's rates it as one of the very best places to stay in Bangkok and says it's almost always booked far in advance.
I've been asked to stay there several nights in September for something job-related. But is it guest friendly? It sounds like a great place to pary with three or four Eden ladies, but I'd hate to run into any embarassing situations if it has the same policy stance on TGs as the Atlanta or Oriental. Anybody know?
Also, has anyone had any experience with the Mac Boutique Suites on Soi 7 or the Fraser Suites on Soi 11?
Both look good on their websites (http://www.macboutiquesuites.com/index.php and http://bangkok-sukhumvit.frasershospitality.com/), but wondering if there would be grousing if I turned with multiple ladies. A lot of hotels are getting strict about more than one unregistered overnight guest.
Finally, does anyone know anything about the H & M Penthouse Suites on Soi 8? I've heard it is very upscale, but that could just be hype. Anyone seen them?

Many thanks.

A little history:

'This hotel was earlier known as just Chakrabongse house and was built in 1908 by HRH Prince Chakrabongse. He used to stay in this regal lodging while attending royal ceremonies at the Grand palace. After the revolution in 1932, it became the residence of historian and writer, Prince Chula Chakrabongse. To this date it is maintained, looked after and run lovingly by his daughter Narisa'

Umm, don't think it's really appropriate to bring a couple of hookers in...

EP, if multiple TGs is your MO, then go for the serviced apartments.

Fraser Suites is a good bet. I remembered a friend who was staying at Oakwood Residence, and he had barfined 10-15 TGs from a now defunct club and partied in his apartment.

Thasnk you for the replies. Just to clarify one point: I was hoping to get specific info on whether Chakrabongse is guest friendly. My company has asked me to stay there a few nights, but if it is explicitly anti-GF along the lines of the Atlanta or Oriental, then I would find a reason to bow out. It's not that I plan to book it for the purpose of bringing back multiple ladies - I just want to know if it is possible. The word we get is that it is mostly marketed to farang honeymooners in Bangkok. There's supposedly no "reception" staff onsite in the evening, only a security guard. The question is: are unregistered guests allowed to spend the night?

In terms of my private multi-lady arrangements, the Platinum Suites at the President Solitaire take a lot of beating. I've had up to five ladies with me and the staff doesn't raise an eyebrow. The Emporium Suites and the Thai Villas at the Davis are also good options. This trip, I'll stay a couple of nights at the Fraser Suites.

But I wonder - has anyone stayed at the Chakrabongse House Villas?

Thanks again.
