Walked past this today. They seem to be getting ready for a soft opening soon. Website says they will open on June 15 and rates seem to be around 1600-1800 including s/c, vat, wifi, breakfast.
It is right next to the Nana BTS escalator.

This place looks great and saw 1700 baht for the nights I'm in BKK in July. Does anyone know the guest policy yet?
If I can't confirm friendliness, I guess I'll head down to my usual Majestic or Nana. My time in BKK is limited - I don't want to mess with any hassles.

I went in and looked at the rooms -very nice (but small). They say there are "definitely" guest friendly. Looks like a nice choice.

I stayed here for a night about two weeks ago. Definitely friendly. Small, windowless room, but I must say it was as nice a room as any hotel I've stayed in, including most of the 5 star hotels. Awesome bathroom, and a very classy staff. I got the opening special of 1529 baht. Great deal.
The only downside is the inedible eggs for breakfast.
This hotel is easy to miss. It is down the first small lane to the right on soi 8, or you can enter from the restaurant on Sukhumvit.

Yes I live here and took a peek the other day.
Rooms are quite small but feel very good as the room appears to be a 5 star hotel room except for size. Bathroom is really nice with glass door showers. Great location.
The eventual price though does not reflect the small size as the larger rooms will be over 3000B. So I recommend but with caution.

I stayed here for 3 nights.
With Orbitz coupon, average daily rate was ~B1320. You can still get this rate during the weekdays until the end of September. Weekend rate (Fri and Sat) is about $5 more expensive.
I checked both bigger room and smaller room. No room has windows. Room has just small table, chair, and king size bed. Bigger room has just empty extra space. So I decied to stay in a smaller room although the price was only $5 difference.
Location wise, it was prefect. Nana BTS is just in front of hotel cafe. There are 3 laundry shops and 7-11 are nearby.
Landry shop located between suk 8-10 has the cheapest rate, B80 per kilo. Not sure how good this service is.
Good
- near nana plaza and Thermae
- right next to nana BTS
- good price with orbitz promotion (ends in Sep)
- very friendly staff
- very clean room
- good pillows, bed, and blanket.
bad
- No windows.
- No toilet hose.
- Limited breakfast menu. no thai food option.
hotel is girl friendly. In the early evening, receptionist took girl's ID and called me to check if everything OK when she was leaving.
In the late night, no one was asking for ID.

So except its location this hotel has nothing good to offer and plan to rent tiny windowless rooms for almost 2000 baht...
Does not sound good to me...
