Trying to decide which hotel to put up within the budget under B1000. Like to stay around Sukhumvit Area nears to the hot action areas and convenience. Any suggestion please advise.
Heard so much about Nana and Grace? Are they any good or recommendable?

I've stayed at the Nana many times and never had a problem. Yes, the desk staff are rude, but hey, you cannot beat the convenience of the place!
I've also stayed at the Dynasty Inn right across from the Nana, and also have no complaints there.
It's been a few years, but I used to stay at the Ambassador and the Windsor, and while they were fine with me, I would opt for the Dynasty or Windsor. The atmosphere around Nana Plaza is too great, late at night, to be stumbling home anywhere else.

My friend is staying at Nana for much of September (I'll be staying at my TG's apartment during the same period). He negotiated 1000B/night over the phone. We both stayed there for several weeks in May for 1073B/night (exchange rate was about 42B/1USD). I have found the desk folks to be rude occassionally, but, the Nana lobby and breakfast scene is a true institution! I noticed when the lobby people realized I was staying with the same TG all the time, we suddenly found ourselves in a very nice room on the 15th floor with a great view of the city. Go figure!
