I am going to be in BKK for 4 days and can stay either at Centre Point (3000B) vs Marriott (3600B)!!
I stayed at the Marriott before and like it but the Centre Point has a kitchen but I heard it's far from the Action!!
I think both hotels are guest friendly...
Wonder anyone have any experience at Centre Point and JW Marriott can make some recommendations?

Which CentrePoint are you referring to? The LangSuan one is just a few minutes (depending on traffic) away from the action. If you prefer walking, then Marriot is the accommodation of choice.
You were fascinated with the kitchen, well, you could try the Grand President. It is definitely guest friendly. It is a serviced apartment like Centre Point, and they do have a kitchen too, plus it is very close to all of the action. I am referring to the on along Sukhumvit Soi 11.

I know that at least CJ and I have told you, maybe others as well, that there is no "good area" per se. Pay attention. 
Now having scolded you sufficiently I will tell you that "lang suan" means roughly "behind the park" and so, yes it is a nice place to be with a huge park at one end of the very long street and sky train access at the other. And it's relatively central .
As for night life it's maybe equidistant to Nana and Patpong. but there are dozens of cool bars on Lang Suan itself. Some of them just your kind of thing; not sex bars but cool hang outs.
BTW kman, you haven't said, that I'm aware of, but I should think that someone trying to spend as much money as you are should hire/lease a car and driver. It's not that expensive (I used to do it) and it's well worth it if you can afford it (which you apparently can).
If you stay on Lang Suuan you wouldn't need the driver all the time (many taxis, sky train) but when he comes Langsuan has fairly easy access. Of course you can drive yourself (I do), but it's a pain in the ass, mildly dangerous and somewhat difficult (and they drive on the other side of the road!) Don't think it's not cool, the TGs will think you're very smooth if you have a nice car and driver waiting. Believe me! I can still remember my glory days...

How much is a fair price to hire a car and driver per day. Does anyone know where is a good agency to book the driver and the car. ( I used to go through the hotel, but I think that is more pricy than going through a private agency)

I would go with Centrepoint Sukhumvit. It's in soi 10, sort of in line with the Thermae. It may be good to be a few minutes away from Nana, so that you get a chance to explore some other establishments on the way there.
You get more for you money with the serviced apartment, Stereo and a VCR, not to mention a full kitchen and utensils. Also, flexibility with check in and check out times. I think Centrepoint's check out may be be mid afternoon. An important point.
The CCTV monitoring of visitors waiting at reception on your TV is fun too. You can decide whether you're in or not.
The downside being that it is not used extensively as a place to stay by fun seekers. In fact i haven't heard it mentioned once. could be because of price range.
As it's an apartment you would undoubtably have no problem with guest friendliness. But it's not sure you may be one of a very few sanukers there. i could be wrong.
I stayed at Centrepoint Silom in a 183 sq m apartment. No comment about my 'friend' even though I checked in with two British girls. Good luck.

Thanks everyone for the tip - BK, i was referring to the Centrepoint in Sukumvit area. I think i will go with the apt and Juniper bring up a good point! Where and do anybody know a good driver (most Taxi you flagged down in Suk area always want to RIP you off!!)

Where in Sukhumvit Area did you flag the taxi drivers? I have not come across any taxi drivers that want to rip me off. Along Silom road and Surawongse Road (Patpong area), sure, but I have not come across any along Sukhumvit Rd yet.

Among Grand president , Somerset , Dynasty Inn ...
Considering the fact that all are guest friendly , then for Food ,bar , T.V. Channel & other services ...which one is the best... GP ?
How is the resturant in Dynasty Inn ? Of course Dynasty Inn is the cheapest among all three. But between Somerset and Grand president , price difference is about 10 dollars only . Please elaborate......I will be coming soon and like to decide on one of these 3 hotels. I stayed once on Somerset . This is quite good ...and entrance is quite separate .no one can see you with guest coming in. But GP msg girls looks like, attractive.....I don't know as yet. So help me...Pls.

The Taxi i flagged down in Suk is ok for transportation but when you want to go to Massage Parlor, they refused to take you where you wanted - like to Poseidon, Cleopatra or CP2 (because they are not getting a commission there).
So my mistake for saying that they are RIP off - they are just not good to used for Sanuking transportation...
I love to hire a driver/taxi like the one in Pnomh Penh ($20/day and they drive you anywhere for whole day) but i guess that's not possible in Bangkok
