I believe that the Tai Pan is guest friendly if you make a double reservation.
But are they also guest friendly if you take a lb with you?
I don't know if the hotels make a different between "real" girls and LB.
Anybody have experience with this.
Where can you have the best price for Thai Pan?

yes the tai pan is guest friedly but they usually check the ID of the guest.
So even if your guest is very femail in appearance it will be spotted that it is a ladyboy anyway from "her" name.
But if she is refused entry you can always go out and get a real woman anyway, or take your ladyboy to a ST hotel.

Baht 1,600 is the usual quote but this site is offering Baht 1,140 till Oct. 31 - maybe worth checking out - just investigate thoroughly their policy

Tai Pan are often open to negotiation on rates.
Last year I was hanging around outside World Trade Cente waiting to meet my TG.
I was approached by a rep. from Tai Pan hotel who explained that her hotel were trying to get a piece of the " business visitor" action and she was talking to all farangs.
I showed her all the stamps in my passport and she offered a free week at the hotel. Just pay for any food etc. I got 7 days for free. So it might be worth saying you are a regular visitor to BKK and see what happens.

Actually I got hit up by the reps near the world trade center too. They said if I go to the hotel I can redeem a few free prizes. So I went and I feel they wasted my time. They talk to you about your ideal travel situation and try to get you to buy a program.(I figured there would be some kind of catch) The rep at the WTC told me I could have 5 free nights at any one of there member hotels, This was on the scratch card they gave me, but when I talked to them at the Tai-Pan many of there hotels will not give you the 5 nights, more like 2 or 3. I'm not sure if the rep was inexperienced or this is the hotels way of getting you to go talk to them. They also offered us a choice of a bag or dinner also, we choose to just eat there and the food was so-so. Becareful about these reps. The old saying goes if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

TaiPan is the suckiest hotel ever stayed..
For their rates... u get better service at Majestic Suites..
They are certainly not guest friendly because once u register a girl in, the next day they claim that u only can bring back the same girl....
I find that a con as they only want more money !
