Hello ! Is it wise to send an e-mail to an hotel about their guest policy to know if they are guest friendly? It may happen that they don't respond, or give a different response than what they would answer than at the hotel, I don't know. To whom to write ? Reception manager ? Thanks

The Century Park where you are planning to stay is said to be not guest friendly but some money might change all that. Myself, I would not ask them to put this in writing by email. Policy is one thing and practice is another. TIT. I would try and make some friends who hold appropriate positions when I arrive. Besides, an email enquiry would just flag your intentions, which isn't helpful.

When I enquire about a hotel I always ask the guest policy via email, and if the response is favourable keep the response just in case the hotel decides to charge a joiner fee on your exit. Just go to the hotel web site and there will an email address that handles general enquires, or enquire within the web site itself.
