I have read diferents opinions about this hotel,somes
good and another bad.I'm interesting in book a single room next mounth.Any can give me new information about rooms?? Are clean? Staff friendly?

Stayed there in mid September. I was in the Royal Asia Paradise (serviced apartment). The Royal Asia Lodge (Hotel) is next door. The King suites are very large nd clean with tile floors. Large comfortable beds with clean linnen. Never had a problem with the staff or cleaning service. Very guest friendly. Don't have to pay joiner fees or extra charges for guests. The restaurant is'nt anything special and seems a bit pricey. The pool is OK but the chlorine is very stong. I opened my eyes while under water and it irritated them very badly. My eyes were totaly bloodshot for the rest of the day. The Hotel does charge you for the VAT tax but you can get it refunded at the airport before you leave. Just be sure to save your receipts. I will be staying there again this month from the 15th- 28. Hope this info helps.

Most people are interested in the cheaper rooms which are at the Royal Asia Lodge not R.A. Paradise -- R.A.Lodge is on the high side of the 500-1000 baht range while R.A.Paradise is in middle range of 1000-2000 baht/night.
There are 20-30 places within walking distance of Soi 8 that are perfectly competitive with, or superior to Royal Asia Lodge, and as to R.A.Paradise, well, for the money they charge you can stay at a real hotel, they are overpriced for what they are.
I won't bother to rehash my main problem with any hostelry owned by the Narula (Thai Indian) family, you obviously have read the other threads. Sufrfice it to say that these Indian owned Indian staffed hotels are famous for sudden disappearances of inanimate objects esp valuable ones. Must be Indian poltergeists. And there never seems to be any sign of forced entry. Gee. I wonder why?
WHY does this hotel deserve yet another thread of its own? People will think it's something special when it is NOT.
And anytime one venue be it bar, massage, hotel, gets more than its reasonable portion of attention on this or any forum, it's time to "cherchez le shill."
You can do better than Royal Asia and save money into the bargain.

The Narulas are very rich and are not, to best of my knowledge, crooks.
However, among their staff (who are exclusively or predominantly South Asian (which is to say Indian) there are people who either steal themselves, or who are in league with infamous South Asian burglary gangs that plague certain Bangkok hotels.
And the house policies help not at all, and that includes the Amari Group's management consulting services
One of my friends lost $7500 US worth of notebook computers and silver merchandise he'd just purchased at Chatuchak (for resale in USA) out of his room at the Amari City Lodge Soi 19 (actually not an Amari property, a Narula property with Indian staff and Amari just provides consulting.) ÝWhen my friends discovered and reported the burglary 2-3 hours later -- the front desk responded by TURNING OFF HIS ROOM TELEPHONE.
Royal Asia Lodge & Paradise are managed by SAME people and owned by SAME people...draw your own conclusions.

Stayed there once also in the service apartments 1300 queen suite I think? Nothing was stolen but upon check out I asked for my ticket that I had them confirm for me. Little mutherf_cker did'nt want to give it up and kept saying come in the morning. I had to be at the air in an at that time 1.5 hours. When I finaly (by threatening his life) got my ticket and got to the airport my counter had already closed. Well they got me on the plane but still. I said never again, and I still hav'nt roomed there again.
